Job summary

Career Systems Development Corporation's Job Corps outreach role assists and provides guidance to prospective enrollees by determining basic eligibility, conducting screening, and offering career counseling as part of the outreach program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field and two years of experience.
• Experience with Job Corps outreach or youth programs is preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Assist enrollment of eligible youth in the Job Corps program.
• Conduct interviews to determine eligibility for the program.
• Implement local outreach to generate referrals and meet goals.
• Maintain applicant files with accurate data and signatures.
• Provide information on trades offered and conduct tours for applicants.
• Present Job Corps details to community partners and schools.
• Build rapport with applicants and support throughout the process.
