Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct outreach activities with public service agencies, community organizations, schools, and individuals who may refer eligible candidates to Job Corps
• Interview interested candidates and collect required information for each prospect
• Prepare documentation for potential students and review with the center as applicable or necessary
• Provide prospect orientation, including clear and accurate information about Job Corps, the specific center, and student expectations
• Build a recruiting network with youth development agencies, one-stop agencies, churches, and community organizations
