Human Learning Systems in Minot, ND is hiring a Senior Residential Advisor to oversee weekend and after-hours dorm operations for a Job Corps center. You will supervise students, ensure on-time attendance, and coordinate daily living activities to support training schedules.

The role requires a High School diploma and 1+ year of youth experience, plus the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. This is a federal contractor position at Quentin Burdick Job Corps.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Oversees the Center’s operations during weekends and non-manager hours.
• Ensures students meet schedules and are on time for school or work.
• Monitors daily living, personal hygiene, room/chores, and activities.
• Provides informal counseling on stress and personal issues.
• Maintains dormitory areas, files, and progress logs.
• Contacts family members for pass-system consent when warranted.
• Performs regular perimeter checks for safety and attends trainings.
