Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of admissions, enrollment, or related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; comfortable with technology and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions, enrollment, onboarding, and matriculation process.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants and incoming students via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate admissions events, interview days, and orientation programs.
• Monitor progress and ensure documentation and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and other departments to support enrollment.
• Manage student data, records, and generate enrollment reports.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience.
• Support outreach and recruitment events to attract new students.
