TheEnrollmentAdvisor(Advisor)plays a key role inrecruiting, advising and enrolling studentsintoour healthcare programs with University Partners (UPs). Responsibilities includemaintaininghigh-volume, andqualitycandidate engagement, driving conversionthroughout the prospective student funnel, and ensuring prospective students receiveaccurateinformation and support throughout the admissions journey.The ideal candidate isproactive, student-centeredand thrives inafat-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:(Include but are not limited to the following)
- Serve asprimarypoint of contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through application, acceptance, and matriculation.
- Engage witha high-volume ofprospective students through multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and video, todeveloprelationships andqualify eligible candidates.
- Advise prospective students byevaluatingtranscripts, verifying eligibility, and ensuring all admissions requirements are met throughout the application process.
- Identifyandresolvebarriersto guide prospective students through theapplication process (financial, academic, orlogistical objections)in collaboration with internaland externalteams (Student Services, Financial Aid, University Partners) to support student success.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track student progress, maintain accuraterecordsand ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain adherence to relevant regulatory, accreditation, and university partner policies and procedures.
- Compileand reconcile accounts for provisionally accepted studentsand support the close-of-cycle audit process
- Facilitatewebinarevents, including pre- and post-event communications,presentingor hosting as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proven problem-solving andcritical-thinkingskills.
- Highly driven and goal-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems quickly.
- Experience withCRMSalesforce, preferred
- Experience in admissions, enrollment, or inside/outside sales,preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degreeor 2-4 yearsof relevant experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to travel, on average 2-3 times per year, for recruitment events or partner meetings.
