Job summary

Qualifications

• Hours include Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with some hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard office equipment.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Maintain precise filing systems and records.
• Verify and submit passport documents via US Postal Service per federal guidelines.
• Answer guest questions regarding passports and handle calls.
