Job summary

University of Oklahoma is seeking a Sooner Card Student Office Assistant to welcome students, faculty and staff and assist with card creation. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to a diverse campus community and supporting daily office operations.

The position is part-time and requires active enrollment for Fall 2026. No benefits are eligible; candidates must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:15 p.m., with a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in Fall 2026 term as an undergraduate student at University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
• Must attach Fall 2026 ONE class schedule.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the Sooner Card office with little to no supervision.
• Print Sooner Cards and Research Cards as needed.
• Daily cleaning and sanitation of workspace.
• Answer the phone and route calls or take messages.
• Respond to emails and process orders.
