Job summary

• Assist Transportation & Parking and Housing staff with a variety of duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers through in-person, phone, email, chat and text.
• Operate department-specific equipment and software programs.
• Run assigned campus errands.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
