Job summary

The University of Kansas, within the OASIS Clinic of the School of Education and Human Sciences, seeks a Student Hourly Office Assistant. This customer-service oriented role supports front-desk operations and a range of departmental tasks for faculty, staff, and visitors.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be available to work between 10 am–7 pm for at least 16 hours per week. Work-study eligibility is possible but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours during the semester term.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests at front desk by greeting, directing, and guiding them.
• Answer calls and emails; notify clinicians of messages.
• Assist faculty, staff, students, and guests with tasks and questions.
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, Adobe; assist with email distribution; organize testing closet.
