• Current UT Austin student enrolled for the current regular semester, in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the front office space to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of University of Texas policies and procedures related to student services, and apply this knowledge in daily interactions.
• Respond to inquiries received through phone, email, or in-person interactions, providing accurate information and directing complex questions to the appropriate persons or units.
• Provide support for both new and returning students, assisting with general questions, guidance through university processes, and connecting them to campus resources as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
