Responsibilities

• Verify borrower eligibility and reservations before releasing equipment.
• Explain proper equipment handling and department policies to borrowers.
• Inspect equipment upon return for completeness, cleanliness, and damage.
• Report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits.
• Label, organize, and store equipment in designated locations.
• Assist with annual inventory audit.
• Charge batteries and prepare equipment for future reservations.
• Test equipment functionality before returning it to circulation.
