Qualifications

• Current Lamar University student enrolled in Reese Construction Management.
• Maintain good academic standing and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Chair and Administrative Assistant with day-to-day activities.
• Assist students who call, email, or visit the office.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain an organized front office for the Department.
• Contribute to preparation of posters, presentations, events, or other activities.
