You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance for a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills are essential.
• Ability to work on-site in Tempe, AZ with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and implement programs to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and lease activity.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and packages for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and document requests.
