Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for our Phoenix community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will design targeted marketing activities, monitor market conditions, and maintain accurate data in Yardi/OneSite. A positive guest experience and timely renewals are key success factors.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property marketing, and tenant relations.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and sustain occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
