Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service at a Scion property in Ames. You will engage residents, conduct tours, and support community initiatives while upholding Scion’s service standards.

This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and adaptability in a collegiate, fast-paced environment. Daytime hours with some after-hours on-call rotation are expected at the assigned property.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer interactions and provide tours of the community and amenities
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging
• Assist with social media and cross-platform communication to engage customers
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives and engagement opportunities
• Always represent the community positively and professionally
• Log, file and retrieve customer packages
• Assist with opening/closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds and amenities
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid timely resolutions
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness
• Assist with after-hours lock-out duties as required
