Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers and provide tours.
• Assist with sales barriers feedback to management and engage customers.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Suggest local marketing opportunities and messaging strategies.
• Support social media and multi-platform communications to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting, and executing customer experience initiatives.
• Represent the community positively both in and out of the office.
