Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or a similar lifecycle automation platform.
• Proven ability to audit, reorganize, and improve campaigns, workflows, segments, and triggers.
• Experience creating voice and messaging standards for student engagement.
• Comfort implementing structure across cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Audit and improve existing student campaigns and workflows in Customer.io.
• Map the current student journey with Product and Operations and establish shared standards.
• Create an operating model for multiple squads to propose, review, launch, and retire communications.
