Job summary

Stepful, a workforce platform partnering with leading health systems, is seeking a Learning Coach to guide cohorts through their program and into healthcare roles. You’ll manage a caseload, monitor progress, and customize plans to keep students on track.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract (1099) position. You’ll collaborate with instructors and operations teams, log touchpoints in CRM tools, and help students stay engaged and on track to graduation.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in student coaching, academic advising, career services, customer success, or another people-facing support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to navigate sensitive conversations.
Ability to manage a high volume of outreach across email, text, and phone.
Highly organized with the discipline to manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to your caseload of students via email, text, and phone to keep them engaged and on track.
Build individualized success plans for students flagged as at-risk, addressing barriers to completion.
Monitor each student's progress, attendance, and payment status throughout their program.
Log every touchpoint in coaching/CRM tools to maintain full context of each student journey.
