Job summary

Stepful, a leading healthcare workforce platform, is hiring a Product leader to own the end-to-end student engagement surface. You will design the logic, measurement, and guardrails behind a unified communications engine that guides students from signup to success, leveraging automation tools and AI thoughtfully.

You will own the decisioning, routing, and escalation; build a scalable measurement framework; and drive outcomes through a narrative of clarity, momentum, and human-centered

Qualifications

• 5+ years building lifecycle, growth, or engagement systems at scale.
• Experience automating workflows in CRM or automation platforms.
• Ability to design end-to-end user journeys and measure outcomes.
• Interest in applying AI to workflow design and scaling automation.
• Comfort designing clear guardrails for automated communications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end student comms surface from enrollment through success milestones.
• Define decisioning logic for next-best-action and routing, including escalation to humans.
• Build and maintain measurement systems with experiments and holdouts.
• Set guardrails to ensure human-centered, non-spammy automated communications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to ship cohesive lifecycle experiences.
