Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public affairs, public health, counseling, social work, education, business, or related field.
• 2 years in office environment, higher education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in student services, higher education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage catering, department email/phone, website updates, and office supplies.
• Provide logistical, administrative, and program support for 500+ community members at JLLC.
• Support 5 full-time and 15+ part-time staff; assist with events and student life initiatives.
• Liaise with campus partners for cross‑department student life initiatives; schedule meetings and coordinate documentation.
