Job summary

Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington seeks an experienced advisor to guide undergraduate students in career planning, internships, externships, and full-time placement. The role focuses on coaching, program development, and data-driven services to support student success.

You will deliver workshops, partner with faculty and employers, and mentor student staff, contributing to a high-performance career services team within IU's AACD framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5 years in career consulting or related field.
• Master's degree in related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintains professionalism.
• Ability to coach, develop programs and mentor colleagues.
• Knowledge of college student success and career services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group career coaching to undergraduate business students.
• Develop and deliver workshops on career development and job-search skills.
• Support career education classes and campus recruitment activities.
• Coach and mentor junior professionals and student staff.
• Collect and track data to inform office objectives and goals.
