Job summary

Yugo Tempe Villas & Terrace seeks a Student Ambassador to join our on-site team in Tempe, AZ. You will manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations while guiding prospective tenants through tours and applications for 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, lease renewals, deposits, and marketing support, ensuring courteous service and adherence to Fair Housing laws. This role emphasizes customer engagement and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles or front desk/desk operations.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and take initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and conduct property tours using product knowledge.
• Complete applications, collect deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries in person/phone, manage guest cards and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval and ensure move-in readiness.
• Assist with lease renewals and collect rental payments.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and stay updated on market info.
• Update reports and provide insights for community improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
