Louisiana State University invites applications for a CxC Student Learning & Development Manager to lead student-facing learning experiences, coach development, and medal-program activities on the Baton Rouge campus.

You will translate strategy into scalable programs that enhance student communication skills across disciplines, guiding a student workforce and contributing to university-wide initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of demonstrated success in learning design, instructional delivery, and coaching/development.
• Experience in learning design and student coaching in higher education or similar environment.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create student-facing learning resources to advance teaching and learning across disciplines.
• Train and upskill undergraduate student workers who serve as Peer Communication Coaches.
• Mentor LSU Distinguished Communicator Medal Candidates and support portfolio-based feedback.
• Contribute to the delivery of additional CxC programming, initiatives, and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement university-wide communication-intensive initiatives.
