Louisiana State University at Eunice (LSUE) is seeking a creative individual to help elevate the university’s brand and public image through diverse media channels.

The Assistant Director of Strategic Communications will develop and implement university-wide marketing and communications initiatives, collaborating with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful outreach across platforms.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with photography, videography, lighting and audio equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development and execution of strategic marketing and communications plans across platforms.
• Write, edit and produce content for digital and print, including press releases and social posts.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and athletic marketing support.
• Create multimedia content for digital advertising, TV, web and social channels; manage video/audio production.
• Provide general communications support and manage the university's content management system and social accounts.
