Qualifications

• Proficiency in installing, using, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting computer hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, keyboard/mouse), and mobile devices.
• Foundational knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for university devices across hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Provide user support to students, faculty, and staff via phone, chat, email, and in-person.
• Maintain systems with routine software updates, security scans, and hardware configurations.
• Guide and train users on essential tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Contribute to IT projects and help document technical procedures.
