Work with faculty to deliver best in class education by supporting the technology used in the classroom and laboratories to deliver instruction to Oakland University Students. This position will assist faculty, staff, and students in the use of technology in a higher education environment.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Working in a team environment to complete installation, troubleshooting, maintaining and repair of classroom technology as well as other duties such as answering phones, database entry, and using a ticketing system to document technology issues and experiences.

General experience with Audio Visual equipment, as well as the ability to take in and retain information regarding technology and occasionally lifting over 50lbs is preferred.
