Qualifikationen

• Install and maintain computer operating systems, application software, and related equipment.
• Repair computer and network hardware and software (computers, servers, switches, printers, scanners, programs).
• Create and maintain email accounts; configure email and security on computers.
• Inspect and troubleshoot computer hardware and network equipment for repair needs.
• Provide technical support to users of hardware and software.
• Maintain school labs in good working order.
• Train selected individuals to use computer systems and software.
• Coordinate computer and network repair requests.
• Assist in inventory and purchasing recommendations.
• Travel to district locations to repair hardware and install software.
