Job summary

Butler Tech is seeking a Paid Senior Support Desk Technician Intern to lead a student-run desk within the IT department. The intern will document processes, review tickets, and coordinate with staff from September to April, while earning $15 per hour for 8–20 hours per week.

Qualifications include being a current Fairfield Township Campus student in IT/Engineering/Digital-Emerging Media/Business, plus at least one year of prior desk internship experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Fairfield Township Campus student in IT, Engineering, Digital/Emerging Media, or Business.
• At least 1 year of previous Support Desk Intern experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the student-run desk and serve as a role model.
• Create written and video documentation for desk staff.
• Review processes and contribute to IT team improvements.
• Assist in reviewing tickets and communicating correct procedures.
