Regent University seeks a student to provide software, hardware, and systems support at the campus Help Desk in Virginia Beach. You will respond to support calls, track issues in the ticketing system, and escalate when needed, while delivering professional customer service.

Qualified applicants must be Regent students with strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. The role pays $12.77 per hour and is not benefits eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide software, hardware, and systems support to Regent University faculty, staff, and students by responding to support calls, voice messages, and e-mail directed to the Help Desk.
• Manage and track issues using the IT ticketing system.
• Escalate support incidents to the appropriate IT staff group when necessary.
• Answer phone calls and e-mails in a professional, courteous manner.
• Work closely with other IT Departments to resolve issues effectively.
