Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for students, prospective students, families, visitors, employees, and community members.
• Provides professional, welcoming assistance in person and by telephone, helping individuals navigate College programs, services, resources, and processes.
• Maintains knowledge of curriculum, Continuing Education, Workforce Development, and College services; provides general information and basic student-record guidance within authorized access; assists with routine processes; connects individuals with appropriate departments or staff when additional assistance is needed.
