Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with college-level coursework in information systems management, computer science or a related field, plus three years of experience operating a computerized information system in a school setting.
• Experience using MS Excel and MS Access in a K-12 environment.
• Knowledge of CALPADS and state reporting requirements.
• Ability to create and maintain database reports and queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage CALPADS data submission, verification, and certification; collaborate with SELPA and district departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and produce a variety of system and state-mandated reports and queries.
• Support teachers and students with online programs and provide data access to authorized staff.
• Respond to data requests related to SARC, LCAP, WASC, demographics, attendance, academics and IEP programs.
