Job summary

Ventura Unified School District is seeking a Data Analyst to manage computerized data collection, processing, verification, extraction and reporting for district programs. You will liaise with administrators, vendors and the Educational Services Division to streamline data workflows and support student assessment testing.

Requirements include a high school diploma with statistics/data processing coursework and at least two years of experience with databases and software applications, with Excel

Qualifications

• High school diploma with college-level coursework in statistics or data processing.
• Two years of experience processing, verifying, recording and reporting statistical data.
• Experience with Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle computerized collection, processing, input, preparation, verification, extraction, analysis, retention and reporting of data for the District.
• Serve as liaison coordinating data processing and reporting between District personnel, admins, vendors and outside agencies.
• Provide technical support for student assessment tests and streamline data-related processes.
