Job summary

The University of New Mexico invites recent graduates to apply for the Professional Intern position in the Office of Advising Strategies. The role supports Student Hub operations, training, user support, system maintenance, testing, and related projects within a Salesforce environment.

You will work with the StudentHub team and campus partners to help users navigate processes, assist with training materials, perform basic issue triage, and document testing results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher obtained no more than 24 months prior to hire, or enrolled in a degree program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Student Hub communications for training and onboarding.
• Develop and update training videos and learning materials.
• Provide basic triage for student and faculty issues and document results.
• Support system maintenance and testing, including data validation.
