The IT Applications Salesforce Team supports high-impact projects related to Student Success, Recruitment and Admissions, and Program Management across the University of New Mexico.
As a Student Support, you will work with experienced Salesforce administrators and developers to gain exposure to CRM tools, support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards, assist with requests, and contribute to documentation and testing for new functionality. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in learning how modern IT applications support business and student service functions.

The IT Applications team operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MDT. We prefer students who can work 10 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters, with flexibility for academic schedules and approved timeoff.
