Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program offers a 10 to 12-week opportunity for students to gain corporate experience and learn about Hubbell's business. This intern will support the Salesforce Org Consolidation Program, focusing on sales enablement, user adoption, and process documentation initiatives.

You will create role-based job aids, identify in-app Salesforce guidance, validate user needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to readiness activities, helping users adopt new processes and system

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relating to the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with providing training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create role-based job aids for Salesforce users.
• Identify and develop in-app Salesforce guidance.
• Validate user needs and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders on readiness activities.
• Support adoption of new processes and system changes.
• Present a final program summary to local management.
