Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in Fall 2026 term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Responsibilities

• General office duties: copying, scanning, labeling, filing, and data entry.
• Calls prospective employers about student job opportunities.
• Posts jobs to external sites.
• Digital creation of flyers.
• Contacts departments regarding job listings or applicant problems.
• Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Division of Human Resources, Norman Campus.
• Other duties as assigned.
