Job summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a Student Program Coordinator to support practicum and field education operations by building relationships with agencies and guiding students through requirements for practicum participation.

You will identify opportunities, connect students with field instructors, help onboard agency partners, manage records in IPT and Qualtrics, and assist with trainings, practicum fairs, and program events; some remote work is possible within Oklahoma after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience supporting practicum, internship, or other experiential learning programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies for practicum participation.
• Develop practicum opportunities and connect students with field instructors and preceptors.
• Monitor compliance requirements and track documentation and deadlines; maintain accurate records for accreditation and program standards.
• Prepare communications for students, faculty and external partners and foster collaboration across teams.
• Support onboarding of agency partners and assist with trainings, practicum fairs, orientations and events.
• Manage program data and records using IPT and Qualtrics; provide user support and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with scholarship administration and recognition programs.
