Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year experience in residential property operations.
• Experience with leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities and staff at the property.
• Conduct tours, qualify applicants, and process leases and renewals.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and orientations; maintain records.
