Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to lead an on-site team at a student housing property. You will drive occupancy, income, and NOI while delivering a world-class living experience for residents.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, implement leasing and marketing plans, manage budgets, and supervise operations and risk. This is a full-time, in-office role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Regular onsite presence is required for this full-time role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years of property management experience required.
• 2 years campus student housing management experience preferred.
• Proven ability across people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate monthly financial statements and develop yearly budgets/forecasts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff through recruitment, training, coaching and development.
• Perform and document employee evaluations including reviews, corrective actions, and termination paperwork.
• Direct the Turn process per company policies and procedures.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Direct sales and marketing plans to maximize rental income and occupancy.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with statutes.
• Prepare operating budgets/forecasts; report to Regional Manager.
• Complete required reports and conduct monthly property inspections.
