PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a student housing property, drive occupancy, NOI and profitability, and lead high-performing teams to deliver a premier living experience for residents.

The ideal candidate will be financially savvy with industry knowledge and leverage creative leasing strategies to maximize property income while maintaining service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring of on-site staff across operations.
• Ability to analyze operating statements and budgets for profitability.
• Experience driving leasing performance and occupancy through creative strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with residents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluations for on-site staff.
• Direct leasing, showing, and move-ins to optimize occupancy and income.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts; report to Regional Manager.
