Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to drive leasing and marketing for our student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to plan events, campaigns, and resident programs aligned with the PeakMade brand and executed seamlessly.

You will lead leasing staff, manage on-site tours, and implement creative strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals while leveraging social media and modern tools to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop full-time and part-time leasing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade.
• Supervise lease-up events, renewal parties and resident programs.
• Give property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits.
