Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing and marketing for off-campus student housing. You will work with the property manager to align events, campaigns and PeakMade branding, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention.

You will manage leasing staff, deliver excellent service, and execute lease-ups and resident programs while leveraging social media to grow community visibility and tenant engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing experience.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating leasing activities.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing staff and guide recruiting, onboarding, and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent PeakMade brand.
• Plan and execute lease-ups, renewals, and resident programs.
