Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead safety and functionality across our property portfolio. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems, coordinate with vendors, and supervise the Facilities team to deliver reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years managing building systems, experience with BAS and life-safety, and the ability to plan maintenance with strong prioritization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school training or military background.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and multi-unit properties.
• Background with building systems, safety codes, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read design drawings and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of CMMS, MS Office, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs per SOPs and regulations.
• Supervise daily operations across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and BAS.
• Schedule maintenance work and verify quality and documentation.
• Manage facilities budgets and supplier contracts with vendors.
• Oversee life-safety systems and emergency readiness.
• Lead and develop Facilities team members; respond to safety issues promptly.
