Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safety and functionality of our multi-unit properties. You will lead the onsite Facilities team and coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Responsibilities include supervising building systems, scheduling preventive maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Occasional travel to other properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; trade school or military training acceptable.
• 5+ years of experience managing building systems in multi-unit properties; 2+ years supervising staff.
• Experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building automation systems.
• Lead and develop Facilities Technicians; manage work orders and vendor relationships.
• Manage budgets, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
