Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a Leasing Agent in Knoxville to manage leasing and marketing activities for student housing communities. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare lease documents in accordance with company policies.

You will also handle move-ins/move-outs, maintain leasing records, and support renewal efforts to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and clearly communicate property features and benefits
• Process rental applications and deposits, prepare lease agreements in line with policies
• Coordinate move-in/move-out to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain leasing records, guest cards, reports, and lease files
• Support renewal efforts by sending notices and following up with residents to encourage retention
• Assist with marketing and outreach to generate leads and increase occupancy
• Monitor market conditions and pricing to inform leasing strategy
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and follow up on resident satisfaction
