Yugo USA LLC. in Mankato is seeking a Leasing Agent for The Grove at Mankato. You will handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, move-ins, and lease renewals while ensuring positive resident relations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll greet prospects, present property features, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and support outreach to boost occupancy. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience working at a property or university setting preferred.
• Experience with property management software RealPage or Entrata.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and staff.
• Customer service-focused and able to handle demanding situations.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight property features to meet leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective and current residents in a timely, professional manner.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease documents per policy and Fair Housing rules.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out, ensure readiness, and provide positive onboarding.
• Maintain leasing records, guest cards, reports, and commission tracking.
• Support lease renewals with notices and follow-ups to improve retention.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to generate leads and boost occupancy.
• Monitor local market conditions and pricing to support leasing strategies.
• Attend weekly leasing meetings and share traffic and market insights.
• Coordinate resident service requests with maintenance and ensure satisfaction.
• Enhance the leasing office and model units' presentation and curb appeal.
• Build positive resident relationships and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing, and applicable regulations.
• Support operations with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
