Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage apartment tours, leasing, move-ins, and renewals while maintaining positive resident relations. You will handle applications, deposits, and lease documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and Fair Housing standards.

The role reports to the General Manager and may require evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent and experience in residential properties are preferred, with familiarity in RealPage or Entrata systems.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in residential property or university housing is preferred.
• Knowledge of property management software like RealPage or Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain features and benefits to meet leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely, professional manner.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with policies.
