Job summary

Tailwind Group in Norman, OK is seeking a Part-time Community Assistant to generate leases, conduct tours, and support day-to-day office operations at Overlook Norman. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, delivering outstanding customer service and representing the property on and off campus.

This in-office role requires a minimum 12 hours weekly, rotating nights and weekends, with compensation at $13.00 per hour plus commission potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Current enrollment at the local university is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and prospects.
• Conduct property and unit tours and present leasing options.
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Support day-to-day office operations and event planning.
• Open and close the office and maintain professional appearance.
• Assist in turnover periods and work nights/weekends as needed.
