Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. in Norman, OK seeks a part-time Community Assistant for Overlook Norman. You will generate leases and renewals through peer engagement, provide outstanding customer service, and support daily office operations.

You’ll be the first contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, and represent the property on and off campus. This role is fully in-office with a minimum of 12 hours per week and a schedule that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Current enrollment at a local university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and prospects.
• Conduct property and unit tours and present leasing options.
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Assist in resident events, move-ins, and turnover activities.
• Open and close the office and maintain a professional appearance.
