Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing goals.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinker who adapts to prospects.
• Familiarity with property management software a plus.
• Fair Housing laws knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

• Strong closer with drive to succeed.
• Professional, organized and detail-oriented.
• Persistent and able to chase leads; evenings/weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in units by showcasing community features and benefits.
• Greet, qualify and tour prospective residents.
• Present value propositions and close the lease.
• Manage the leasing process: applications, screenings, and signings.
• Collaborate with property management for curb appeal and resident experience.
• Develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies.
• Assist with advertising campaigns, online listings and social media.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; propose ideas.
